Privacy Policy

Short version: we collect the minimum needed to run the product and to know which of our pages work. We do not sell data and we do not use your content to train models.

What this website collects

• Anonymous usage events — page views, scroll depth, and clicks on calls to action, along with the campaign tags in the link you arrived through. This tells us which posts bring people who actually read the page.
• A random session identifier, stored in your browser’s local storage. It is not tied to your identity and we set no advertising or tracking cookies.
• Country and device type, derived from the request. We do not store IP addresses.
• What you type into the early-access form — your email address and your answers to the two questions.

What we do with it

Usage events are used in aggregate to decide what to build. Your email is used to contact you about early access and, if you ask us to, about the product later. We do not send marketing on behalf of anyone else.

What the product collects

When you use Prism itself, we store the artifacts you generate and the context pulled from systems you connect, for as long as your workspace exists. We read only the scopes you grant, you can revoke them at any time, and your data is not used to train models.

Processors

The site and its data store are hosted on Cloudflare. Payments, when they launch, are handled by our payment provider, who acts as merchant of record and receives the billing details you enter directly — we never see your card number.

Retention and your rights

Aggregate usage events are kept for up to 24 months. You can ask us to delete your email and any data attached to it at any time, and we will do it within 30 days. Write to hello@prism.guru.
