These terms govern your use of Prism (the “Service”), operated by IE Mikhail Grigoryev, registered in Tbilisi, Georgia (“we”, “us”). By using the Service you agree to them.

The Service

Prism is a workspace where AI agents run product work — discovery, requirements, delivery, launch — against the tools your team already uses. The Service is currently in early access: features may change, and availability is not guaranteed.

Your account and use

• You are responsible for the systems you connect and for having the right to grant that access.
• Actions that write to your systems require your confirmation. You are responsible for what you confirm.
• You may not resell the Service or use it to process data you are not permitted to process.

Generated content

Documents, tickets, and analyses are produced by automated language models over the context you connect. They cite their sources so you can check them, and every write to a connected system waits for your approval.

Plans and payment

Paid plans are billed in advance for the period you choose. Prices shown on this site are the prices at launch and may change with notice for future periods. Refunds are covered by our refund policy.

Termination

You can stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms, and will tell you why when we do.

Liability

The Service is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
